Here is one of my favorite recipes. Since I obey Jewish religious laws for food (Kashrut), there is plenty of "cultural elements", too.
1 head cauliflower
5-6 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp vinegar
Separate into floweretts, rinse and dry 1 head of cauliflower. Put in a salad bowl. Add dill, finely chopped 5-6 cloves garlic, finely chopped, salt, 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp vinegar. Let stand in the fridge for a day or two.
