Kara'kôqat drîllen 2 jâv. Masan'dèn 'lôen në ùj të n'grît. Zîen në ùj me kryp ni ûr me dy tre ǧes të lôrit e ni môll. Kur jan të gôtit atà îqen pe ùjt. Në ôn bëet shûgu me pak vòj, ûsul, kryp, pâpër e krèn.
Ğìsli kara'kòq îqet pe zhgôle e sht'jêret në shûg.

A dish with snails

Snails are first cleaned for 2 weeks. Then they are washed in cold water. They are cooked in salt water for an hour in which you put two or three bay leaves and an apple. When they are cooked you remove them from their shells. On the side you prepare sauce with a little oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and horseradish.
Each snail is removed from its shell and dipped into the sauce.

Preparing and cooking time altogether 1 hour and 30 minutes.
